I grew up in South Florida playing soccer at every level you can play before going pro. Travel teams, academies, the works. My parents spent thousands on coaches who ran me into the ground with two-a-days and endless drills, but never taught me how to handle pressure, recover from mistakes, or build real confidence.
By the time I was 16 I was working harder than every other player in the room and getting more frustrated, not better. I almost walked away from the game I'd loved my whole life.
What saved me was finally finding a coach who treated the mental side of soccer with the same intensity as the technical side. Once I learned to think like a pro, the rest of my game caught up fast.
Why I started Lunde Labs
After 4 years of coaching kids in Boca and Delray, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented players burning out at 12 or 13 because their coaches focused only on volume. Parents pouring money into training that didn't transfer to game day. Kids losing the spark.
I built Lunde Labs to be the coach I needed when I was 12. Three pillars — technical, mindset, and pro-style game film — woven together in a 90-day system. Small roster, real attention, real results.
