Welcome to Lunde Labs. By booking a session, attending a program, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Lunde Labs provides private and small-group soccer coaching in Palm Beach County, Florida. Program details, pricing, and schedules may change and are confirmed at booking.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before a session may be charged in full at our discretion.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Assumption of Risk
Soccer training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Parents/guardians confirm their child is physically able to participate and assume responsibility for any risks associated with training. A signed waiver may be required prior to participation.
Conduct
We expect respectful behavior from players, parents, and guardians. We reserve the right to refuse or end services for behavior that disrupts the safety or environment of our sessions.
Photos & Media
We may occasionally photograph or record sessions for marketing purposes. Let us know in writing if you do not want your child to appear in any media.
Guarantee
Any program guarantees (such as the 90-Day System guarantee) are subject to the specific terms communicated at enrollment, including required attendance and effort.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunde Labs and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
